   We may collect Personal Data when you access, browse, register for an account, submit an inquiry or Request for Quotation ("RFQ"), register as a Supplier, communicate with us, upload documents or product information, participate in sourcing activities, or otherwise use our Platform and Services. Depending on your interaction with the Platform, the Personal Data we collect may include:

   • Identity and Business Information, such as your full name, company name, job title, business registration details, tax identification number (where applicable), business address, and country of operation;
   • Contact Information, including your email address, telephone number, mobile number, WhatsApp number, and mailing address;
   • Account Information, including your username, encrypted password, account preferences, login history, and authentication information;
   • Supplier Information, including company profiles, product catalogues, certifications, business licences, manufacturing capabilities, product specifications, production capacity, export markets, and other information submitted during supplier onboarding;

   We use your Personal Data to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and our Services, manage your account, facilitate communication and sourcing activities between Buyers and Suppliers, verify user identities and business information, respond to enquiries, provide customer support, and administer business transactions. Where you register as a Supplier, we may also use your Personal Data to verify your eligibility to participate on the Platform, manage your supplier profile, and display your company and product information to facilitate legitimate business enquiries and sourcing opportunities. In addition, we may process your Personal Data to improve the Platform, ensure its security and integrity, comply with applicable laws and regulations, protect our legitimate business interests, enforce our Terms of Use, and communicate with you regarding our Services or other business-related information, including marketing communications where permitted by applicable law or with your consent.

4. With Whom We Share Personal Data

   We may disclose or make available your Personal Data to our affiliated companies, Buyers, Suppliers, trusted third-party service providers, professional advisers, and competent governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where such disclosure is necessary to provide and improve the Platform and our Services, facilitate sourcing activities or Transactions, comply with applicable laws or legal obligations, protect our legal rights and legitimate business interests, or where you have otherwise provided your consent or such disclosure is otherwise permitted by applicable law. Because RattanTradeAsia operates as an international B2B sourcing platform, your Personal Data may be transferred across national borders where necessary to provide the Platform and Services. Where such transfers occur, we will implement reasonable technical, organizational, and contractual safeguards to protect your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws.

6. How Long We Retain Personal Data
